I just ate at Al Primo Canto (I've been here twice now and each time is a real treat) on Chicago's NW side and it was fantastic. If you get a chance...go to this "Galeteria" as soon as you can. Watch for them on PBS "Check Please" in January 2009. (I have no $$$ interest in this establishment ....but I do count George and Maria Elbekai (the owners, chefs, and dynamos that run this fine eatery as my friends.)
