is a Professor of Pediatrics/ Binocular Vision at the Illinois College of Optometry/ Illinois Eye Institute and in private practice at Northwest Optometric Associates in Harwood Heights, Il. (nw.optometry.net). He's authored more than 200 books, book chapters, papers and websites. He is a Fellow of both the College of Optometrists in Vision Development and of the American Academy of Optometry. Dr. Maino has lectured all over the USA and in Mexico, Spain, Australia and Ireland. He will be lecturing in Norway in the fall of 2008. Dominick sings tenor and plays trumpet in the St. Bartholomew Choir and has exhibited his photography at the Italian Cultural Center of Casa Italia, Nine2Five Gallery (Kansas City), the Addison Rotunda and Gallery ABBA (Wisconsin).
